Publish an agreed document version into another business’s workspace.
Connect the customer business
Use Web’s business access workflow to create or connect the customer’s company workspace. The receiving business accesses its own Alembic workspace and the documents shared with it. It does not browse the sender’s internal tenant.
Prepare and publish the quote
Complete the service or product quote and generate its document. Choose Publier dans son espace in the connected business document action to deliver the intended version. Review which version is delivered before the customer acts on it.

Keep version history
Treat each delivered document as a version with its own history. Later edits in the sender’s workspace do not erase the receiving company’s delivered history.
If the relationship ends, stop future sharing and related actions. Previously delivered documents and their history remain in the customer’s workspace.
Transaction prices are visible by default and can be hidden for that relationship. Internal costing and margins are not shared.
