Customer item prices
Create, apply and persist a fixed price for a customer and sellable item.
Open the customer’s agreements
In Alembic Web, open a quote, order or invoice and select the customer. Choose Prix client beside the selected customer. Use Ajouter un prix to add a fixed unit price for the exact sellable item or pack.
The current workflow uses one fixed price per customer item. It does not depend on a lot, and quantity tiers are outside this workflow.
Apply the saved price
New document lines use the current agreement and show Prix client. Changing an agreement does not silently rewrite existing lines. Use Appliquer les prix client actuels when you intend to refresh the current document’s lines.
A downstream document warns when its price overrides the related parent document’s price. Review that difference before continuing.
Keep a document adjustment or save an agreement
Changing a line price adjusts that document. To reuse the new amount, choose Enregistrer pour ce client beside the line. Review the customer, item or pack, currency and old/new amount. Confirm Enregistrer le prix client.
New lines use the saved price. Existing documents retain their recorded prices.
Follow the example
The video tutorial uses Marché du Soleil and Purée de gingembre · Seau 5 kg in the synthetic Noria scenario. It applies €24.90 per pack, then saves €25.50 for future lines, in EUR excluding tax.
Go displays customer agreements and the line indicator. Edit the agreements in Web.
