Alembic Web
Use the full workspace for customer and product records, detailed quotes, orders and invoices, stock and shipment administration, price agreements and permissions.
Alembic Go
Use Go for focused work at a counter, in a warehouse or during delivery. Sales documents can select products by barcode, including phone-camera scanning. Go can record customer receipts and select existing VAT settings when adding a missing product.
Customer-price agreements are visible in Go. Maintain or change those agreements in Web. Supplier payment recording and VAT-rule administration stay in Web.
Keep the same commercial context
Select the customer before adding sales lines so the applicable customer price can be used. Each person’s monetary permissions apply to the interface they use.
